About Us

Mission Statement:

Empower and equip young women to be grounded spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially. To create a community for young women to have a safe environment that will teach them the proper skills they need to face today’s complex generation. Instill life skills through mentorship, workshops, education, and spirituality.

We will surround them with strong, successful women who have experienced similar challenges and overcome those challenges to be successful in their personal and professional lives. The women of Girls of Virtue will be available to mentor, guide, motivate, and inspire the girls in the program. Classes on personal growth, mental health and well-being, financial education, improved health with fitness and nutrition, personal brand, self-defense, and spiritual balance will be provided. As the girls reach an age where they can enter the workforce, Girls of Virtue will provide resources to assist them in obtaining vocational licenses, trade, and professional careers. The mentorship relationship will continue during the secondary education process to ensure the girls in the program are successful and happy in their new careers.

Opening Fall 2022

Today our young women meet difficulty transitioning into adulthood. Traditional school systems dont teach financial literacy, credit, business and personal skills, or any of the other resources we need to be successful. Situations like homelessness, bouncing through our foster care, trauma, poverty, and different home situations escalate the complexity. To say the least our youth are facing many challenges as they navigate their teens and young adult life. I know first hand how grueling this transition can me and it is time for that to change.

Girls of Virtue has created a community or young women to have a safe environment that will teach them the proper skills they need to face todays complex generation. To install life skills through mentorship, workshops, and education. To empower and equip them to be grounded spiritually, mentally, physically, and financially.

From 14 years old when they begin navigating their emotions, to 18 as they transition into independent living, and into their early 20’s we will fill the gap for our young women. We have leased the old Daily Record building and will open the first empowerment center in our area to offer free classes to the young women in our community. The building is exactly what our Founder felt she needed at their age.

We will have a gym to teach fitness and self defense. A yoga studio for mindfulness. A kitchen for nutrition and healthy cooking on a budget. A computer lab for college and job applications, resumes, and homework. A library filled with books to empower and equip them. Private rooms for mentoring and one on one mental health coaching. A creative arts area to expand their imaginations. A large life skills room for group therapy and workshops on every topic to prepare our ladies for success.

Then an entire floor dedicated to our Executive Bootcamp. This piece of the program will provide resources to launch a company, earn a vocational trade, and all the skills needs to succeed at those endeavors. The ladies will be matched with a mentor in their specific field to walk with them for first year.
